Circloscope is a Google Chrome extension for managing Google+ circles. I can get the list of people who shared, +1'd and commented on my posts. I can also find and follow people (targeted) in bulk. It costs around $49/year. Get Circloscope
A reliable host for email newsletters and a great auto-response software. Having a newsletter is always important if you want to improve your conversion rate significantly. Get Aweber
This is a freemium tool that allows you to automatically distribute your RSS feed (blog posts) to your social networks such as Twitter (free), Facebook, Google+, LinkedIn, Digg, etc. The free version can auto-send up to 5 RSS feed to Twitter. Get Dlvr.it
Like Dlvr.it, I use IFTTT to auto send the latest posts of the blogs I trust to my Twitter - it's awesome because it allows me to send tweets with images. Plus, I can auto post my Instagram posts to some of my social networks. You can even use it to receive email updates when new posts are added on your favorite sites (via RSS).
