Setting a post in public mode on Google+ is not troublesome anymore. It’s because Google+ lets you choose who can comment on your posts even if it’s visible to the public. By limiting who can comment on your post, your risk of encountering a spammer or users who leave inappropriate comments is lesser. Just do remember that when you tag or mention someone in your post, even if they’re not in the scope of the setting you chose, they will still be able to comment. Follow this easy tutorial on how to control who can comment on your public posts.
Steps:
- Make sure you are logged in to your Google+ account. Press Home found at the upper left corner of your page.
- A dropdown menu will appear. Select Settings.
- Under Who can interact with you and your posts, click the dropdown menu beside Who can comment on your public posts. You can choose extended circles, your circles, anyone, only you or custom.
